Look what I made! The fabrics are both from the market and the top from Primark, I cut the bottom off. I thought a tutu skirt would be fun for a festival so I made this special for Sensation White - in to the wild.  Making the tutu skirt was awful, too much fabric, lacing the elastic band was one big drama it didn't go fast enough! Eventually I had an idea for lacing the elastic...
