You know I am and to continue my addiction, I'm back with another off the shoulder dress sewing tutorial that I made with this beautiful polka dot fabric. Loving the print so much, but I would not recommend using polyester fabric though when making this dress, but since I'm still kind of on a mission of not buying fabric, I just went for it. The pattern reference is without seam allowance and if you're a size 34, you can simply take over the measurements; otherwise, you can use it as a ref. New sewing tutorial! I will show you how to make an off the shoulder dress with ruffle sleeves. The dress is perfect for the summer, it is comfy, it has ruffles and it is feminine looking which was the main goal. In the beginning, I was not super excited about the color and fabric choice but now I'm glad that the dress is made with this fabric. It is also the first dress that is made for my sewing challenge which I talked about in my previous post here. You can find the sewing pattern for this diy off the shoulder dress right here.

This week I made two garments! An off the shoulder dress and a wrap skirt. The plan was to upload two videos this week but my arm got in the way again. My arm does feel a lot better now but I give it an extra day to rest and hopefully tomorrow I will be able to edit, then I can upload the off the shoulder dress tutorial. The pattern is already available here at Etsy. Next week or the week after you can except two videos to make it up for the one week I missed an upload.

It's the month of May already it is almost summer! The beginning of the year I said I wanted to make lots of dresses for the summer and that is what I'm going to try to do for this month. The challenge is to make six dresses. It is very ambitious of me, but if I try my best and cheat with some clothing transformations, I should be able to make it. Hello my fellow sewing babes, I finally made my own sewing machine cover for my sewing machine! Although this fabric has some stretch in it I've been able to pull it off. It took me 5 years to make one...  I don't know why I waited so long and even though both of my sewing machines survived all the dust for the last 5 years. Hey there! I want to share a nice life-saving hack with you. I will show you how to remove stickers from the paper without damaging or tearing the paper. After ruining half of my paper roll this idea came up to me, I suddenly remember that I've seen an art streamer doing this hack. Although the streamer used masking tape I still decided to give it a try and it worked out well! This hack is such a simple solution with a big impact!

Hey! Here is another quick and easy clothing hack for you. last week I did the same trick with a different basic shirt. Since my plan is to make two more with this hack, I might as well share how I transformed my simple basic shirt into a one shoulder top.  I came up with the idea, because I was not feeling paying 30 euros for a simple one shoulder top. I've been seeing this type of industrial belt on Instagram and Pinterest for a couple weeks now. These industrial are super trendy and it started to grow on me, so I decided to DIY the belt from the brand I.Am.Gia. It's a super quick and easy belt to make, you should be able to finish the belt in 5 minutes, it is that easy! You can use the same tutorial for the off white belt! I used 3 cm wide nylon webbing and buckle. Feel free to go for other sizes, I already had these materials from previous projects!
