Here's an easy requested DIY, inspired Jil Sander lunch bag. Last year I made the lunch bag as well you can find it here. I've been obsessed with leather for some time, the lunch bag makes my obsession even bigger than before. Click on ''want more'' for the pattern with measurement!

I've been looking for a good tutorial to make this bag! thank you! Just wondering though, what's the first pattern for (the one with right angle bottom)? As for the second pattern (one with 45 degree angle) in your video after unfolding the cutout piece, the bottom looks like /\/\ (a slanted M), where as when i follow the second pattern the M would be straight like |\/| . Which way should it be?
ReplyDeleteThank you!
hello, I did the second pattern, on the right. If you the first pattern, on left it will look like so: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-veVz2pjTdU4/UIMRainODzI/AAAAAAAAAsg/XegxhlRQm0s/s1600/DIY+-+Lunch+Bag.jpg.

ReplyDeleteIs it hand stitched? Because I have no clue how to sew it on regular sewing machine : |
